The new Residence Clipper, 50 mt from the sea and 10 mt from the Hotel Clipper, has 36 sqm 2-room apartments, with lift, solarium, covered car parking and 24-hour reception. Every 2-room apartment has 4 beds and has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (bunk bed) and kitchenette, a wide bath with shower box and 30sqm terrace. Every two-room apartment has also several comforts: TV-Sat, safe, hair-dryer, air conditioning, telephone, free Wi-fi and washing machine renting. The kitchenette has fridge with freezer, microwave and hob. Our guests of the Residence Clipper have the Hotel services such as Reception, tourist information, private beach, baby club, entertainment and tours, bar, internet point, bike renting and restaurant (booking is necessary).

COMPULSORY SURCHARGE:

• End-of-stay cleaning: € 50,00 (excluding kitchenette)

OPTIONAL SURCHARGES:

• Bed and bathroom linen: € 8,00 per person, per week
• Daily cleaning: € 20,00 per day
• Air conditioning: € 45,00 per week
• Garage: € 6,00 per day (to be booked)
• Weekly bike hire: € 20,00 per week
• Use of washing machine: € 21,00 per week

TWO - ROOM - APARTMENT HOTEL FORMULA:

It's possible to combine the space and the freedom of the 2-room apartment with the comfort of the hotel services, taking advantage of our special Hotel Formula, choosing the Full Board or the Half Board. Arrivals and departures take place from Saturday to Saturday. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Bookings, even if by telephone, are considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation deposit amounting to € 200,00 per apartment, stating the name and surname of the person requesting the booking, in the reason for payment.
The deposit has to be sent within 7 days from the date of the booking.
Accepted way of payments are postal money order or bank transfer. Shown below, the details you need:

If the payment is not credited until the specified deadline, your booking will be cancelled.
You have to check in before 10:00 a.m. at maximum on the following day of the agreed arrival day. If we don't receive any communication of delay from you, we have no option but to cancel your booking.
There are no price reductions for departures in advance or postponed arrivals.
The remaining amount shall be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, CartaSi), until the day following your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you cancel your confirmed booking for any reason, after 21 days before your arrival, the total amount of your confirmation deposit will not be be refunded.
